TICKET PURCHASE OPTIONS
Tickets can be purchased securely online through our website portal. Payments are processed via a secure payment gateway. In-person purchases may be accepted with cash or card (please call ahead for availability).
PAYMENT POLICY
All tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase.Online payments may be made with a credit or debit card.In-person payments (when available) can be made with cash or card.
REFUND POLICY
All ticket sales are non-refundable.If a scheduling conflict or emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we’ll do our best to offer a suitable alternative.
TICKET TRANSFER POLICY
Tickets may be transferred to another child if the original registrant cannot attend.Please email the new attendee’s full name, email, and contact information at least 48 hours prior to the event.
AGE POLICY
This event is strictly for children ages 8–12.Please ensure your child meets the age requirements before purchasing tickets, as exceptions cannot be made.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY
To ensure smooth check-in on event day, please bring:
Printed or digital ticket (attached in your confirmation email)
Completed information form (link included in your follow-up confirmation email)
Note: Children do not need to present a photo ID for this event.

No worries! You can revisit the event registration page and click “Update/Review an Existing Order” to re-download your ticket. If you’re unable to access your order or confirmation email, contact us directly for assistance.
